ESSENTIAL SERVICES

  • Protecting the health and safety of our staff, medical practitioners, patients, and visitors is our highest priority. 

  • The London Medical and Dental Building has been family owned and operated for more than 30 years. Our medical centres have been deemed essential, and have been opened continuously during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

  • Our facilities operate 7 days per week for 12 hours each day with on-site management, cleaners, and sanitizers working constantly to ensure the well being of all visitors and health care providers. 

Laskey Properties Essential Services and Sanitary Precautions

PANDEMIC SAFETY

Due to the essential services our medical centres provide, we have sanitary obligations which we take very seriously.

 

To protect those who rely on our facilities, we have implemented the following precautions: 

  • Common surfaces, such as hand rails, door knobs, hand sanitizing stations, door automation buttons, and elevators are sanitized twice daily with Benefect Botanical, a hospital grade disinfectant . 

  • Additionally, nightly cleaning staff use Lawrason's disinfectants for toilets and urinals, a pH neutral cleaning agent for hard-floor surfaces, and a 3M all-purpose disinfectant for common areas. 

  • Our fresh air dampeners have also been adjusted to reach maximum capacity, which optimizes the re-circulation of clean air in our facilities. 

  • Our staff is tested for COVID-19 on a regular basis to prevent the spread of illness to patients or health care providers.
